  Most of the experiences I've had with any of the businesses at the new shopping center have been very good.. refreshing! More Owings Mills plazas and shopping centers like this need to be built. The addition of Foundry Row we feel will bring up home values and hopefully inspire the other businesses in the area with terrible service to step it up.. Owings Mills as a whole has a lot of great businesses and restaurants plagued by terrible employee service. Keep it up!
