  It would not allow me to provide a review without hitting at least one star, and I wouldn't even rate this location a negative 5. I would say 8/10 of the employees whether, customer service, on the floor, or SUPERVISORS are so disrespectful and unprofessional its amazing they are still employed. I walked out leaving a cart full of items due to a Supervisor refusing to apologize for a rude employee while trying to get help with a bike. I explained to her that an apology goes a long way and that's really what I want at this point. I was no longer going to purchase the bike as the supervisor was even more rude, but still get the items in the cart. Until the supervisor refused to apologize like she was too hard core to do so, she spoke to me like we were on some corner in a inner city and she would lose street credibility for apologizing. I ended up walking out. This was prior to Christmas. I just called because another time I was double charged for 3 items. Due to no Store Supervisor available, 3 hr's going by with no return call as I was told, and the employees being disrespectful I literally have called back about 8 times since Ive been hung up on without either of us saying good bye, straight up hung up while I was in mid-sentance, put on hold whilw explaining this, hung up by a 3rd emploee when I asked her for her name, and when being transferred to the 2nd employee again she picked up and then hung rite up!
